Remove Speed Limiter on a 2018 CVO using a Pro Street Tuner ?

I have a customer who tells me a HD Dealer can remove the speed limit using a Pro Street Tuner and a Dyno....I call BS....but ive been wrong before ....Any Ideas ?

Nope- they can unplug the VSS connector, to remove the limiter for a run, but that's about it, with the SE stuff.  If they use PV/TTS/DL to change the settings, then the DOT MPH limiter is gone...

Thats what I told them......it can be done wile on a Dyno yes....but not permanently and still have a speedo reading.....He  may have been confused as to if it was permanent or not...
