1986-ish? I'm home from my 2nd military tour. With my '59 chopper at Chimney Bluffs on Lake Ontario to grab some pictures with an Olympus OM10FC when this Panhead pulls up. Owner looks my chopper over and allows me to grab a picture of his Pan. Being close to Rochester NY I always wondered if JMorton10 knew this bikes owner? I'd think it crazy if I had met John back then and it was his bike.

If that's the bike I think it is, I knew the owner.
That when I was riding my original panhead chopper that I built from scratch:

Thanks for the response John! For years I wanted to ask you that. Never did have the pleasure of seeing that bike again in all my years of attending runs, "I-H Sidewalk drags in Butler" and occasional Red and White events. I really liked that bike. It's obviously sporting a very dated look now, but did I ever think it cool back then! Even today looking at the burnt paint across the frame from the front exhaust pipe make me smile! A true rider. Thanks again John.
Both are great looking bikes
My dual belt (primary & final) drive electric start 80" with lightened flywheels from the early 80's. Frame was stretched in the front downtubes, and lowered 1.5" in the frame tubes forward of the shock mounts. Required a seat for a rigid frame. Actually sat a half inch lower than the 57' straight leg frame I had.
:teeth: Good looking pan!
Thanks guys.
