Hello all
I have just seen this on eBay, it is listed as an adaptor for Brembo with 4cm centres for a Harley front end. Has anyone tried this? I can't find any more info on this

I have Brembos on the front of my 2000 1200S.
The previous owner made the very beautiful alloy brackets.
Well worth it in terms of looks and braking.
At the worst we can both cut and drill an ugly but safe bracket from a bit of steel plate, then find somebody to make the pretty version out of dural.
Cool!
Do you know which Brembos you used for your 1200? Also, do they accept the same brake line ends as the Harley ones?
The previous owner of the bike was Steve Harris of Harris Performance so he used nothing but the best parts or things he made himself or things he sold.
The Brembos don't say what they are, nice gold colour though.
I fitted taller handlebars so I could get comfy and used stainless hose. I will have a good look at the fittings in the next few days, I still have whatever was on there when I bought the bike.
Isn't that funny? I used to live in Hertford...
Thanks, could you please post a photo of your front end? I'd like to see how it was done.
I have done some searching for the Brembo brakes shown fitted to these brackets in the eBay listing, but no luck so far. I guess I could use s few different Brembo setups but I'd prefer some tried and trusted method.
If I don't have photos available it will be a week or so. I have a heavy week ahead!
A Wilwood caliper is straight bolt on.
Easy, cheap, works great !
