Title: 88" to 103" tuning question
Post by: TXHogrider on December 08, 2023, 11:37:04 AM
I am rebuilding my 2005 softail twin cam 88" with 3.875" bore and 4.375" stroke to 103".  The current pipes don't have O2 sensors, so will I need O2 sensors installed to have it tuned with Power vision or Thundermax tuners?

Thundermax (tunable replacement ECM) requires 18mm O2 sensor bungs to be permanently installed (welded) in the pipes.
PowerVision (tuning device for your factory ECM) can be used with O2 samplers, which are removed & plugged once tuning is finished.

Thanks for the reply, that's what I thought but was not certain.
