Title: Fuel Moto PV & 2 1 exhaust
Post by: JT Metal on September 03, 2019, 07:32:05 AM
I did a Dyno tune a few years ago with Frank at Drago's. Bike has run flawless. I now have switched from the stock decatted head pipe to a free or flowing two into one and was wondering if I need another Dyno session. I called fuel Moto this morning and they thought a few sessions of Auto-Tune would suffice. I took the bike out and it runs great. What am I looking for to know if the auto-tune is working at a successful level?

By running an autotune session, make a new map. You could compare the new map, with changes,  to your current maps values.  See for yourself what the system is reporting.

Also do a data log run. Once completed, use MegaLogViewer and take a look at the adaptive fuel values. The better the tune, the smaller those will be. (At least in the CL areas)

Added - you did not say what year this bike was??

I may have made a mistake. The system is a rush wrath with big Louie. I don't make the supporting power equal to their capacity. I wonder if a 2.25" baffle would make a difference. Right now it's a 2.5"

103"
Stage 2 heads with bigger valves making just under 200psi
Tman 555
Dynod 101/112 on decatted stock pipe.

Just looking for opinion.......
