there is a new SB M-1494 , Late 2019 Softail FXBB & FXLR - Front Tire Pressure
Below is from the existing Owners Manual, I suggest you visit your dealer and ask that they print out the New Softail tire pressure table from the NEW 2019 PDI and if they don't have the NEW 2019 PDI then suggest that they download/get it.

just got off the phone with my local service department, I was surprised they knew what I was talking about but believe it or not as Ripley would say they did

No 30 PSI has been the spec for lowriders. I just did some checking with my dealer and they say that the new spec is only for late 19 lowriders not the 18. I wonder what the difference is?
I am pretty sure the Dunlop's spec has always been 32 for the 19". I didn't look up Michelin's.
