Title: Proto Hand Tools
Post by: Ohio HD on January 29, 2024, 03:30:59 PM
Proto came out with a new catalog of hand tools as of this month. They have a lot of specialty tools, and common hand tools. I have some of their tools, and they are well made and work well.

Both decent tool brands.

I would add that, if one is enamored with any Mac Tools tool, you can generally find the exact tool in the Proto brand for a significantly lower price albeit with the Proto name on it instead of Mac. The made in USA stuff is top notch in my book.

Proto and Mac are owned by Stanley Black & Decker Inc. along with Dewalt, Craftsman, Lenox, Irwin, Bostitch, Porter Cable, Facom and USAG.
