Does anyone know for sure if the Factory Warranty Ban on changing the head Pipes on the M8 still applies when you move to ESP Warranty

Is it the one offered thru HD?  Almost a guarantee.  Most all do if you read thru the legal mumbo jumbo.

Of course you can change them, but if your engine fails, you think the ESP is going to not take issue?  Better hope you get a great claim adjuster willing to turn a blind eye.

has nothing to do with changing head pipes, if you do change them, and tune the bike with the HD Street tuner, you will be fine, any other tuner and you're screwed.. Including the ESP..

ESP will certainly cover the original covered parts, and anything that was added to the SWR list. Beyond that, is a crap shoot...
Ignorance is bliss, and accuracy expensive. How much of either can you afford?

If the bike has been tuner with another device and then retuned with the HD tuner will the ESP still be good?
No one else put you on the road you're on. It's your own asphalt.

Probably not if the ESP company wants to push it.  I believe the tuner leaves a footprint on the ECU that readily can't be erased.... meaning you can tell if it's been tuned with a PV, TTS, or the like.

Get an independent extended warranty from a third party and modify 'till you run out of things to modify.
