are the just the grip itself replaceable   I looked and it seems like all I saw if the complete assembly  i just need the grips they are really worn out

The dealer can do a "kit breakdown" on the part number and get #s for the grips individually.  We've replaced a few of each side.

Left grip is 56209-10A, right grip is 56249-10.
