Today I installed new poly riser bushings on my 01 Road King and decided to swap out levers I've had for a long time. The clutch lever went on fine but the after replacing the front brake lever, it has no pressure. Searching for a fix. Thanks!

If the system was not opened I would think the Lever itself may be the issue. Perhaps the Actuator Tab is not making contact with the Plunger?

If the rubber seal on the plunger rod is torn, that is your problem.

Try removing the handle again and push the actuator by hand to see if you get pressure that way.  If you do it's the new handle.

Too much horsepower is almost enough.

Put the old handle on and see how it acts. should tell you something.

And when you have them both in your hands do a real close check for any differences.
