When I did my 103, made 115 foot lbs. I had to get the spring and take to tuner because it was slipping on the dyno

Bike weight, gear ratio etc?  More info may get you a better guesstimation.  That's all you can count on with no details.

I will add this because people do pay attention.  If I had the means to manufacture a fuel rail.  I would make it a larger volume.  If you have read fuel pressure with a mechanical gauge.  You understand the fluctuations of pressure that happen. You also see the gauge can't keep up with this fluctuation at higher rpms.  Read pressure at 1000 frames a second and you really see pressure fluctuations.  Bigger volume is less affected by pressure drop.

I have done something's to help volume on the pressure side of the reg but..... volume in the manifold would be nice.

Does anyone know if silicone content in the KB hypereutectic pistons has changed? They recommend a minimum piston to wall clearance of .0015" nowadyas. I used to follow their recommended minimum of .00075" clearance.

Quote from: TxRoadRunner69 on Yesterday at 06:50:17 AMAny jetting changes to your CV40?

No jetting changes needed after switching to stock single plug heads. I did have to add a little more advance to the timing.

After I moved from Phoenix (1100 ft) to Reno (4500 ft) I did drop one jet size on the slow and main jets.

Quote from: CraigArizona85248 on May 01, 2024, 08:22:58 PMBoth sets have small cracks in the return oil gallies that allow oil to just sleep through to the outside of the heads. I decided they just aren't worth sinking more money into them.

Depending on where the crack is, sometimes it can be an easy fix. If it is leaking by tke long straight hole you can drill it and insert a piece of tubing with a little bit of epoxy. If it's leaking where the long diagonal hole meets the short vertical hole, it gets more complicated and usually involves grinding and welding and re-drilling.

Both sets of heads have the tubing inserts already. They lasted a lot of years that way. But that's not working anymore.
