went out of business

good engineer but I wonder bout his business plan.
unless it is to get 2.2 mil every few years by selling his name off.

oh, and reading more on it...LOL
the same liquidation company that did it last time doing it this time.

..happy to hear Buell or something similar will live on. I own a 2001 Thunderbolt S3...fun bike to ride. Never owned a sportster, allways the big twins (from pan, shovel, twincam)...so having this 90 horsepower Buell is extra special. By far the quickest harley I ever ridden....

well most in the aftermarket world will not touch them performance wise as the tuning is the issue. I had a employee with a XP12 and we did a bunch of tuning with ECM spy and even that is a bag of worms at best. then add pipes and it never got better.. If he had used the sporty ECm and made twin tb it would have gained huge aftermarket parts. But never did , the go fast parts would have helped sales . But with the rep of being a nasty runner for more power never helped.. the 1125 was in the same boat suffered huge electrical issues stumbling off idle , had several in the shop they did have some killer power but where plagued  with issues ,  some tried to solve the issue but never did across the board..  then on to the 1190 issues , delt with them as well.. Now that is a extremely fast bike  380 ish in weight and 175 hp   tuning again is one hurdle .. I really think the EFI system held him back here in the US ..

Eric has back up and running since March.
The liquidation and discounted parts ends on May 15th and after that parts go back up to list so you have a week left.

Here is a link for anyone interested.
