Well I can't get the video to start but someone has say it ..... did you check the exhaust and head gaskets?  Using a smoking cigarette will give a leak away when you can hear it but before it shows visually.

I seem to remember that Strokerjlk tuned his 120R with E85 for power at the track and rode it as a daily driver.  He was a winner at the track with it. IIRC at one point he had about 40,000 miles on it.  I think he had a thread running about his testing and final results. I do recall the larger injectors and using more fuel. Jim doesn't seem to post here anymore but there may be some of that thread in the archives.

I'm a horseshit welder and only have a 110 wire feed. I'd be afraid to do that.

Check the roller on the lifters. Feel for tight spots, rough spots, etc.

these are only 2k miles oil pump looks good, better than the cams and plate. checked crank pinion runout again. .005 total
