My pick up truck is about due for treads. Figure with all the folks here hauling their bikes in trucks when needed, I could find some help saving a buck on tires.
back in my always broke days I would go to a tire store and ask about "take offs" could always find a good set of truck tires with lots of life left for 100 bucks or so
I don't know if it's the best but it's a place. I've used them and was satisfied.

Clintster,
I don't where you are located but, in the Northeast we have Pep Boys and I'm working on my second set of
Definity Dakota AT's. First set I got 65K out of them, last set was last year $120 a piece and had a buy 3 get one free.
If you don't have Pep Boys, NTB will match tirerack price plus 10%.
Good Luck

Clint, Try Avenue Auto Clinic on Mentor Ave. next to Mr. Chicken. Ask for Dan the owner. He usually beats most prices and he is a stand up guy. just bought new treads for the wifes car and I am soon to buy for my Ram. Just debating on lift vs. coil spacer. Chris
