The cam bearing in the M8 is the same as the ones used in the twin cam,Correct?

No...
Not all TC`s.

Twin Cam engines that had the old spring type cam tensioner configuration had different inner cam bearings, that is why when upgrading to hydraulic tensioners conversion cams must be used.

2007 up TC and all M8 use OEM 9215, or B-168 Koyo.

The early Twin Cams still used an OEM INA Brand caged bearing like the later Twin Cams, just a different size...

Pre 2007 Twin Cams used OEM #9198, Koyo replacement B-148

Cam I use my Jims 07 and up cam bearing removal tool on my M8? Looks of better quality than the one I borrowed from a friend. I know I will have to use his on the install.
