I am going to be installing a painted fairing on my 2010 roadglide, I have heard that you need a removeal tool for the ignition tool or you could have some issues... so whats the deal, and where can a guy get one or maybe rent one?? :nix:

I changed out the handlebars for a friend on her 2009 RG last year.  I don't remember any difficulty and I'm pretty sure it required removing the ignition key lock.

So I googled and found this just now.  Not a road glide, but I think the key lock is identical.  Maybe it'll help you.

I am sure the alignment tool is nice to have, but a flat head works just as well for me.
