Dyno tuner

Anyone know of a good Dyno tuner in or around Yuba City, Marysville  Ca.?  I have a friend in Ca. looking for one and I told him I would ask on here.

Have him drive to Hayward to RC Cycles... worth the drive !

  with Jim, there are two tuner in Yuba, friends never had good luck with them.   Bob at RC is very thorough.
