That is Fugly.
I would be pissed and demand my money back and go straight to Chad.
That tune is embarrassing. You can see they covered it up with split runs!
Hope you get things settled on this and look forward to seeing the new tune. Chad got 9HP more than my first tune.
I'm not here cause of a path before me, Im here cause of the burnout left behind

We should get a pool going on this one.  Any takers?  Over/Under?

FLTRI

Nope. With this one all bets are off with me. Lol

they are still tuning ... and I'm not going to rush them they are using the smart tune now ... the new power duals did make 6 more hp...  just changing pipes before any tuning.

At this point I would be looking for smooth lines and let the numbers fall where they do.

make sure they  have your last "final map" saved to the VCI when  they are done. your gonna need it to try and salvage the tune when they are done.
if they cant get it right ,keep bugging them . they may have someone they can carry the bike to ,that knows what they are doing.
thats kinda the way it goes at some dealerships that have dyno's and cant tune. you bitch enough ,they take it somewhere and eat the expense "to make you happy"

AS THEY SHOULD! :slap:

Hmmmm.  Granted I know the mufflers are not helping the whole ordeal but they should still be able to work that thing over a bit better than that.  You could ask them to hold a board over the left muffler from the beginning of the run until 3500 and see if the bottom picks up any more.

He did mention maybe trying that but I'm sure he didn't and I took them my 4 inch Rineharts to try if they wanted too But they didn't do that either mainly because I said I was going to run the CFRs anyway ... I'm thinking them Heads are too big for a 103 and the cam is a mid to high Rpm cam ... she does pull pretty damn hard over 3000 rpm

They don't have a clue what they are doing get that thing to Chad (Harleytuner) and get it done correctly you are wasting your time with the dealer

The 9b at around 11-1 should not be too much of a slouch.  Get your money and "Run for the hills, run for your life."

Look at the first graph you posted, you had a better tune from 2-3000 rpm on that graph then on the last one posted. Not a good tune but better. They are clearly lost.

They are using a DJ sensor.  Copper tubing stuck up the pipe, blocks, welded on bung.....?

Are they sampling both cyls?  The silly long front cyl can give some weird readings.  I suggest rivnuts in the head pipe.

I just bought dynojet power vision and I'm going to have the 18mm bungs welded in the head pipes and do some Auto tuning to see if I can get it dialed in.
I don't care about the numbers so much as I do getting it to run the best it can
