Rear Turn Signals

what is the best way to change out rear turn signals:

Remove Rear Wheel ?

Remove rear top shock mounting or lower shock mounting ?

Easiest to get the rear wheel right out of there. I'd leave the shock mounts alone. Lots of room to work with wheel off.
