Sure I feel that the OEM specs play a role in this as its the base line .  You can compare the other cam specs to OEM to after market

That is a 107/114 cam my specs are for the 117

Not sure if any one has noticed or posted the checking at .050 Vs the .053 method previously ??  if it was posted I just missed it .
