117 Breather shim

Does the S&S breather get shimmed or does the spring take over in the cam chest.  Bike is a 08 Big Dog K9.

Sounds like it's one of the reed valve breathers. Since your 117 should be set up as a bottom and top breather I believe S&S is now saying to use the standard rotary breather. I would double check but that's the last thing I heard.
