friend bought a 2017 road glide-tour glide. he wants to put chrome lowers on. who sells a reasonable seal driver and what size are the tubes? and what size tool do we need to take the plug out on the top? thanks.

Auto zone ,and other parts stores have seal   driver/remover kits they let you use free with a deposit.
