Which, if any factory models come with the SE M8 heads? Are they the exact same head that is sold in the SE catalog?

None.  SE catalog shows CNC heads available as an upgrade for the CVOs
Ignorance is bliss, and accuracy expensive. How much of either can you afford?

So my next question would be has anyone confirmed that all the models come with the same heads?
I know some are water and some are air/oil for cooling but as far as chambers, valves, ports are they the same for all models?

17-18 M8 107, 114, 117 air cooled & twin cooled are the same specs. The only difference is CVO has a threaded boss for the SE emblem.

Have you or anyone you know of performed any back to back dyno tests between the factory head and the SE head?
