Has anyone installed the new Andrews M520 cam yet? I'm currently gathering parts for a 117" build in my Sport Glide. We are using CP 117" Pistons , boring stock 107 cylinders, HPI 58mm TB and light head work. I currently have the S&S 475c and was going to reuse it in the 117 but thought we might squeeze some more comp into it and try the M520.

The dealership that I do a bit of work for here in Australia is doing plenty of M8 builds at the moment. Fatbob shop demo with a 120 kit went 10.9 sec quarter at the first meet. Will keep you posted with a few of the builds :)

Hey Murph, how do like that 475? trying to decide on cam. Don't get much of a chance to get opinions of other M8 riders as to the newness of the machine. Thanks.
If it ain't broke... Fix it until it is.

It's a great performer mate, made 109/115 in my Sport Glide 107 with an S&S Stealth AC and Bassani pipe. We actually used the 475c in a new Low Rider build which was run in on the dyno yesterday ( 114 SE Pistons/cylinders, heads tidied up, stock tb, SE ventilator , Bassani stainless pipe). Made 122/131 STD, 118/127 SAE. Tune still needs a lot of work but it feels bloody quick on the street :)

There's a 117 in the dyno section with 11.5 CR pistons, reported it detonated like "crazy".

Thanks Murph for tuning me up on the 475. As I said, I haven't had vey much real information on 107 bolt-in cams. thanks again mate  :teeth:
