List of EFI tuners

Can anyone point me inthe direction of where the list of qualified/reputable EFI tuners is now located.
I have browsed around but for some reason cant seem to find it.   I'm over in eastern Oregon and think the Portland area is my only choice but I
would like to see what/who is out there.

I actually have to make the trip from La Grande to Salem on a pretty regular basis so Portland or Salem would work fine.  At one time I had heard some good comments about Latus and their tuner but I wanted to make sure I did my homework before signing up.
