Im running a TTS map number NL176-000-A1.  Can I transfer this information over a NL176-002 map and then download.

I believe you can if I understand your question correctly. You can cut and paste your V-tuned VE tables into the latest version of the map to take advantage of the latest in fuel and timing changes.

In tuning constants there is a new PE rpm table and you have a new primary gear ratio table.
