Not a high volume tuner here, but have not encountered this.
Wow, 13??
Considering a power upgrade?
First and foremost, focus on your tuning plan.

Wonder when the last time that operator changed his 02 sensor?

Ignorance is bliss, and accuracy expensive. How much of either can you afford?

Gotta say that tuner should be highly suspect of his measuring equipment not the MOCO.  :dgust:

All these from the same tuner?  And is everybody using the same fuel?

I have not lost one yet, knock on wood!!  Something does not sound right here.

All the same tuner...I have never seen a TC Burn a piston or heard of one doing it... after blowing up 13 TCs on his dyno I would think he MAY get the hint that its something he is doing...not the MOCO ... sounds like hes telling any one that has a problem on his Dyno that its something the MOCO is having issues with so..... Sorry about your Luck............

I've seen it only when the AFR is excessively lean.  Sounds like folks need to avoid this tuner at all cost.
