02 softailo duce wont start

batt good used power probe to power green start wire on starter bike starts runs fine .Starter wont turn over with switch from rocker switch .wires look ok in housing im thinking starter relay bike is missing fuse cover. start and system are side by side one gray one is  black which  one would it be ?or  try or can i swap them are they same part number ?

One is start relay, the other is brake relay- you can swap them for troubleshooting purposes, as the active pins are functionally the same.

update friend changed battery after jumping several times  moved bike around may have triggered security  i think alarm issue gonna get fobs and owners manual and see how to dissarm or relearn from dead battery issue may work may nort bike is an 02 been a while hope he has manual layin around

found issue no ground to starter relay all fixed now
