I'm looking for a new headpipe since mine is starting to rust pretty good. Looking at 3 different ones. Fullsac DX, Fuel Moto XXX and D&D XCat. Currently leaning towards the D&D to get some new heat shields. Biggest downside to the Fuel Moto is having to buy the full-size crossover. Anyone have experience with the D&D Xcat?

The full-size crossover is extra...it can be run with the stock crossover. I believe I read somewhere, Jamie stating that until you get around the 125hp mark, there really was not much for additional benefit. Mental HP...I guess they call it!

* I didn't see that you'd mentioned the XXX...not sure on this one

You appear to have a very nice combination and have invested well to this point.  All of the noted components are top shelf decisions.  The exhaust will make or break the final outcome.  IMO, now is not the time to throw it away over paying a little more for a good exhaust.  Choose carefully and don't base it too much on dollars. I expect you will easily make that 125 square mark.  Take a stroll through the dyno section for a similar build and you may find your answer there.
