Question about this Dd6 and value

I acquired this Baker DD6 trans kit secondhand.  It's for early Twincam touring. In my mind I was thinking of putting it in a five speed evo case for my evo softail if it would fit. I was told that the Dd6 might not handle the torque that my s&s 111 puts out and I would be better served with a regular five speed. That being said......does anyone know if this Dd6 would work in a evo five speed softail case?

Secondly if I don't keep it, what do you think would be a reasonable asking price for it.
