Handlebars

i've got an 03 night train and i've been looking at putting a set of street slammer bars on it (or something close to there pull back and rise). but my question is when i look in the harley catalog it says they won't fit a bike with heated hand grips, hydraulic clutch, and something else. i have a hydraulic clutch on my bike and i'm wondering if anyone knows why the street slammer bars say that it won't work?? and also are no bars going to work for me?? i've got the stock bars on right now with 6 1/2" pull back riser and would just like to sit back alittle more.
