heads gasket

Heads gasket choice, copper or other, oppinions......I have always used copper, no issues...

    I,ve only ever blown 1 head gasket in my life,,,my own fault,,forgot to hot torque after assembly...I have the blue teflon in the shovel and copper in pan...don't have experience in cast iron to cast iron mating surfaces...
