Are the banjo bolts and fittings on the brake and clutch lines the same as the older brake or cvo clutch ?

"-08" part number on the calipers banjo bolt/bleeder, and "-06" part number on the brake & clutch master cylinder banjo bolts. CVO banjo bolts were the same thread pitch, but chrome.
Ignorance is bliss, and accuracy expensive. How much of either can you afford?

Are they the same as a 2014 rushmore ?

Yes- 06 to present touring models use the same  banjo bolts. 
Ignorance is bliss, and accuracy expensive. How much of either can you afford?
