Need info: will hard bags fit on 2020 Heritage to replace the smaller leather?

This is not a parts search, just looking for info on what fits or what needs to be changed in the way of brackets. My brother wants more room on his new bike. I did a few searches and can't find an answer. Thanks to anybody that can help.

Check Cycle Visions, I have their mounting brackets on my old `89 Softail, worked out great.
