ECM downloads for '06 models

Can someone tell me if ECM stage 2 BB touring down load cartridge P/N 32846-02A be downloaded to a '06 Road King ECM ??  I know this down load cartridge can be used in Delphi equipped Twin Cams '01 to '05 but not sure about '06.  I realize there are other options available but would still like to know if this down load can he installed in an '06 Road King ECM.  Any quidance would be greatly appreciated.   Ed M.
