Race tuner VCI issue

Good morning,

I have a race tuner that stopped communicating and the button light is stuck on and will not record or let the software connect to it. Is there a fix for this?

Have you tried to take the plastic cover off and see if the button is stuck in the housing?  If it's the orange one with wings.  They can be a pita to open but they do come apart.

The button isn't stuck, it hosed up during an update and windows sees it but the software doesn't. My PC with the old software bit the dust and I had to install the new software and when it went to update the VCI it locked up on me.

You are using the Super Tuner software and not the Screamn Eagle Pro Street tuner software, correct?

Iam. Ihave another VCI that is for another bike I don't have anymore and it sees that fine it's just married to that bike.
