Will a stock harely cam cover fit on a ultima engine? I'd figure it has to be 93-99 and you would have to linebore the bushing .

Yes, they will fit with NO mods. Bushing is also sized properly.

So you don't have to line bore the bushing to the case ?

HAVE to, I guess that's up to you. I did. After tightening the nose cone, cam would not turn. Had to buy the reaming tool.
