1994 Heritage Softail. From the factory , what would have been the  cold cranking amps for the battery. TIA.

You are looking for a "20" series battery in the aftermarket world of lead acid/AGM batteries for a softail.......  They replace the old HD #65989-97A  batteries used in the Softails and I believe Dynas.  You should doble check the size, however, because I believe some older Softails take a "16" series battery...

If you compare the batteries offered for your model/year you'll see a range of 270CCA to 320CCA based on brand/model of battery...  I believe the HD OEM was 300CCA or 310CCA...

In my Softails I use the Yuasa GYZ20HL AGM batteries that are 320CCA... They all start flawlessly, including my 95" big bore Softail.

Thanks. A kid down the road brought me his Softail saying it needed a starter. At present it has a 3yr old Walmart battery with 260CCA. I really didn't think that was enough but really didn't know what it came out with. I ordered a 320 👍.
