2000 Softail deuce 95 big bore kit. T55 cam

I have a 2000 Softail deuce 95 big bore kit , t55 cams J&E Pistons, polished and ported heads, 45 mikuni carb ,thunder header exhaust..I'm literally undefeated in Lubbock, Austin. ..if it's a Harley I've never lost .easy 150 on the highway..I developed a tik or knock that I would only hear under load . Was told it's a wrist pin ..there was some scaring in the Pistons and pitting in the cams ...need similar replacement

Are the JE pistons flat tops or angle dome? Angle domes are JE Axtell, you can get them from Axtell Sales in Des Moines, IA

I forgot to add that if the pistons are JE flat tops or JE bathtub dome, they are available through your local Drag Specialties dealer. Drag only lists them in 3.875" and 3.937" bores. If you are staying with JE pistons, those are your options.
