heritage ubs port

sometimes  the  ubs port on my  22 heritage  works charging  my phone  other  times it doesn't  I changed  the  cord and  the  same  thing , will  work  sometime  any one  else  have  this  happen ?

Probably not the usb port. I have tossed a couple of phone cords that were intermittent chargers.
