Does anyone who has a late model road glide know if the speedo/tach assembly is rubber mounted or solid mount to the frame??

One of our riders bike you have to push down the fork lock switch along with the trim piece under it to turn and lock the forks.
Doesn't seem right.

It seems to be a common problem on the RG's. Mine did it, and numerous others over on the RG forum have the same issue. I no longer have mine, but for reference it was a 2015. Tell the owner to be careful with that trim piece under the switch. It's just fragile plastic and kinda pricey to replace.
