Fatcat versus Lowcat

Is there a difference between these two D&D systems from a performance point of view? The Fatcat seems to have a longer rear primary and bigger muffler going by pics I've seen.
Looking at them from a twin cam softail 110 perspective.

I cant compare the 2 but my Fat Cat on my 107 09 Softail out performed 2 competetitors from 3000 and up

Thanks Tommy, i have complete faith in the Fatcat from a performance point, i have a mate that runs one and makes over 130HP, my concern with it is dragging the muffler in corners, the Lowcat kicks the muffler up, but from pics it's not the same animal as a Fatcat with a kicked muffler, so was wondering if the Lowcat was in the same field, I'm pretty sure it isn't though, not the same headers, shorter muffler.
