Wondering what the difference is on the two baffles , i had the loud baffle for a while and went to the wrapped quiet baffle, now i see they ave a vortex baffle , this is for a boarzilla just wondering if or what i should use on a 116" 11.5 comp , zipper billet heads 2.0 int, 1.63 ex. woods tw9bg, and so on, its a fatboy but i used a dyna 2005 boarzilla its fit way better around oil tank ,

My understanding is quiet baffle is louvered, better for low end torque.
Big Bore baffle is perforated and better for horsepower.
Both can be wrapped to reduce noise.
Vortex baffle is spiral louvered and is a better all round pipe.

Might add too, that I have a 2009 Fatbob and the vortex baffle is not available for my dyna pipe.

Looks like i have the louvered baffle , flat small holes inside , so quiet baffle would try the vortex one but sounds like not ava for the dyna boarzilla , wonder whit same OD as othe mufflers maybe length is issue
