Is my SE street tuner married to my ECM or the bike itself? Could I transfer tuner to another like bike if I swapped ECM also?
I am not stupid, unless I'm just too dumb to know it

To the ECM and yes you can move both.

And the ecm will need to be synced with the speedo/tacho etc in the bike it is transferred to.
