Hi there, I have a 2023 Fatboy and have had an odd situation occur twice whilst riding.  When making a hard stop and engaging front and back brakes, pulling in clutch and pushing gear pedal down all at the same time, the gears slip straight from 4th down into 3rd then 2nd then 1st gear basically in one action, without me pushing the gear pedal down in 3 separate movements.  I also get a slight 'jerk' or 'pull' in the back wheel once it hits 1st gear, very minor (no fishtailing) but definitely can feel it pull.  Any ideas?

Softail transmissions have had some problems, mine had a long list of parts replaced under warranty.
