oil in ultra crankcase

Hi- Im getting ready to do a big bore upgrade when I turned the crank and saw oil flow over the notches in the left side of the crank. I ran a paint stick down to the bottom of the case. It measured about an inch. what are your thoughts? Many thanks in advance

I would pull the pump and inspect it. Would also pull the piston oilers and check for being stuck open.

pump is a new S&S with 9k on it! I had the pump out and didnt see anything that would give concern.
