Larry,
Consult the Help files within Master Tune in lieu of the PDF Manual.
Considering a power upgrade?
First and foremost, focus on your tuning plan.

The TBC Table is based on percent of throttle.
Exp. at 1500 RPM and at 20% of Twist Grip travel how much blade travel do you want?
If 20% blade travel is desired set 20% in the table.
If less than 20% is desired set something less.

Also it can be viewed as a table to set slack in the virtual throttle cables so to speak.

Larry,
Throttle response cannot be fixed with the TP blade adjustment.
Are we talking about an engine build with cams?
It seems stock throttle response is fine but once cams are installed the response goes away. Is that your problem?

Ok........ I want to speed up the throttle responce on 08 and 09`s.
Most engines i build here are 116 and bigger and usually pushing 11.5 to 12to 1..or higher in compression

these 08 and 09`s pose a little prob with throttle responce.

Do you mean that they bog/stall after coming from a stop, engine idle and than give throttle to ride away? Or even playing with the trottle when engine is idling?

Or do you have throttle responce problems throughout the wholr rpm/tps range?
