09 S.E. Roadglide tuning, right way to go?

most of my driving is done in the mountains, some 2 up. I am coming up on my 1k service and I am am adding Reinhart mufflers, should i buy a sert, can you recommend a better cam, HD tuner in Greenville,SC, western NC.? I have a sert from an 06 ultra will this work? can you give me the part# for the new sert.
