The bike is a 2009 1200 with Rinehart slip-on mufflers and a SE Stage I breather.

I am looking for a fuel control, TTS or PCII?

Why?

Plug and play would be better, idiot proof would be best.

Red, you may want to list this in the AFR & Tuning area.  Not many of the tuners frequent the sporty section.
