I've had some issues with my newly built pan and so far I've managed, with the help from some posters here and over at flathead and panhead forum, got most of the aggravation sorted out.

Push rod seals:  the rear intake and exhaust seals leak.I'm using the same seals that came from V-twin's push rod tubes, they are nice looking units....square cut black rubber compound I believe is what they are....but they leak!!

I've used cork in the past and always seemed to have decent luck with them.
I think I have the right clips on the tubes because it takes a fair amount of effort to get them on................I'll lift the 2 tubes leaking and have a look see.
What are you guys using?

Tried the black and the blue ones but none seem to last as well as the cork... for me any way.
